Vacancies:
1. Senior Information Systems Executive
Responsibilities
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of IT application systems to meet the business needs of the organisation
• Perform outsourcing management to ensure that contractual obligations are met and projects are successfully delivered by vendors/service providers
• Provide advice to business users on best practices in exploiting appropriate technology, reviewing and improving their work processes, facilitating and supporting business users' change management process
• Prepare relevant IT documentations and guidelines, and provide application support to the business users in troubleshooting and resolution of problems and incidents, and updating them of the progress. This will entail communicating with them in an appropriate and constructive manner
Requirements
• Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or other related discipline preferred
• At least 3 years of working experience in managing IT project and end-user support environment
• Good interpersonal communications skills, analytical with good problem-solving skills, responsible and customer-oriented
• Working experience in web technologies is preferred with hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining web-based applications using Java/J2EE, VB.NET, C#, Oracle and SQL Server database

2. Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Enterprise Risk Management and Regulatory Management)
Reporting to the GM (Regulation and Risk Management), you will assist in maintaining and improving the existing ERM framework, methodologies and tools, and managing the regulatory issues on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a clear understanding of the overall risk profile across business units of the company, and monitor the risks to ensure compliance of established policies and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate risk assessments across business units and maintain risk registers
• Provide independent risk review on specific projects and recommend mitigating strategies
• Conduct checks on trade transactions to ensure compliance of risk management policies
• Assist in developing business processes/models for risk-based analysis and decision making
• Prepare monthly ERM report and reporting materials for Risk Committee meetings
• Work with the business units to help educate and create awareness of risk ownership and accountabilities
• Assist in insurance review and renewal to ensure adequate and effective insurance program for the company’s businesses

Requirements

3. Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Process day-to-day operations in AR / AP / GL
• Prepare GST submission
• Prepare billing to customers
• Assist in monthly and quarterly closing and preparation of full set of accounts
• Assist in the implementation of new financial system
• Assist in other areas of finance function as necessary
Requirements
• Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

In this programme, you will be appointed as Trainee Engineer and undergo on-the-job training whereby you are exposed to the plant operations and business operations of the company. During the plant operations training phase, you shall be deployed to the plant operations team (shift work) and the plant maintenance team (non-shift work) at the power plant in Jurong Island. During the business operations training phase, you shall be attached to different departments at the head office in HarbourFront. Keppel Gas is the gas business arm of Keppel Energy responsible for the import and shipping of natural gas in Singapore. Keppel Gas manages the import of natural gas from Malaysia to Singapore under a long-term Gas Supply Agreement with Petronas Nasional Berhad.
4. Executive Officer, Operations
You will directly report to the Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate the business processes necessary for the import and sale of gas, including periodic shift responsibilities and generation of operation reports
• Operate in the day to day gas nomination activity under the liberalised Singapore gas market
• Provide analytical support to the business managers on commercial and regulatory matters
• Liaise with upstream gas supplier, regulators, various authorities, the gas transporters and customers
• Operate and maintain the gas metering equipment at customer's site, the internal SCADA system and Gas Management IT system
• Provide support in technical and analysis in any gas project development and/or implementations
• Supervise the contractors whom providing gas metering services and the internal SCADA and Gas Management IT systems
Requirements
• Diploma in chemical engineering or other engineering disciplines with 1 to 2 years of experience

Keppel Merlimau Cogen Pte Ltd ("Keppel Merlimau Cogen"), a subsidiary of Keppel Energy wholly owned by Keppel Corporation Limited, has a license to generate 1,400 MW in Singapore. Presently, we build, own and operate a 500 MW cogeneration plant, after we entered the Singapore electricity pool, following the deregulation of the power market in January 2003.
The plant is one of the more cost efficient and flexible power generators in the market. The development of Keppel Merlimau Cogen is in line with Keppel Energy's strategy of achieving return-driven growth in the energy business through selective development and provides the platform for Keppel Energy to seek further growth options in the Singapore electricity and gas markets, and beyond.

5. Operations Technical Officer (Jurong Island)
Responsibilities
• Be part of a specialist shift team to carry out daily operation of Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) according to relevant procedures
• Responsible for start-up and shut down of power plant systems
• Record plant operating data and report defects and abnormalities
• Carry out plant changeover and conduct testing of equipment to meet statutory compliance and best industry practices
• Support plant’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) system and procedures
Requirements
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Process Engineering or equivalent with 2 years working experience in a CCPP or related industry

6. Electrical Engineer (Jurong Island)
Responsibilities
• Establish, implement and review the Electrical maintenance management systems and procedures necessary for safe and efficient operation of the power station
• Responsible for all Mechanical related activities at the power station, including routine, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and engineering work
• Ensure the corrective maintenance program, schedule and data from the CCPP sites are in order and reported in a timely manner
• Optimise usage of the Computerised Maintainance Management System (CMMS) software to ensure all maintenance activities are recorded for future review and in compliance with statutory and HSE requirements
• Provide technical expertise to monitor, investigate, analyse and troubleshoot Electrical systems promptly and produce technical reports with recommendations/solutions
• Ensure all Electrical equipments within the CCPP are maintained according to statutory and HSE requirements
• Manage and provide work guidance to contractors in performing maintenance works safely according to maintenance procedures and best practices
• Source for contractors and suppliers to support maintenance, project and engineering requirements
Requirements
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, related to power generation or equivalent
• At least 3 years working experience in a CCPP or related industry, experience with GT26 preferred
7. Power Station HSE Officer (Jurong Island)
Responsibilities
• • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management systems and procedures necessary for safe, reliable and efficient operation of the Power Station
• • Fulfill legal requirements for Workplace Safety & Health Act and other regulations
• • Fulfill legal requirements for Fire Safety Act & other Regulations
Requirements
• • Degree / Diploma in related Engineering disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant HSE working experience, preferably in a power plant, or heavy industrial engineering or process plant
